That is  the meaning of hard work&#8230;&#8230;PREPARATION, preparation,  preparation! Talk to anyone&#8230;.. man, woman, child; white, black, yellow, pink,   purple&#8230;.. &amp; the one single thread that prevails, that makes it  all  possible is mindful, hard work, one-pointed laser  beam focus &amp; humble determination!!! No  matter your goal or  destination.</p>
<p>People are always wanting to lose the weight  and or just wanting  to feel and be healthy &amp; energetic.  Anyone&#8217;s  story is a struggle and millions are made in the  selling of pills to very  costly surgeries in order for you to lose those  10 &#8211; 100 lbs. Yes it is true that pills and surgeries may provide a very  quick  fix but in the long run the very same problems, the &#8220;underlying issues&#8221; if not addressed, holistically, will always   be there, always chronic:</p>

<li>fatigue</li>
<li>stiff joints</li>
<li>lower back problems</li>

<li>Avoid salt and sodium packed foods as well as fried foods, caffeine, and alcohol.</li>
<li>Drink twenty ounces of water two to three hours before class and another ten ounces ten minutes before class.</li>
<li>Sports drinks replenish electrolytes for workouts lasting more than one hour.</li>
<li>Caffeine free herbal teas also help with hydration as well as natural juices.</li>
<li>Bananas and granola bars may also be eaten before class.</li>
